Order Information

If your package fails to arrive due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you, Maeve shall not be liable and is not obligated to resend your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone, but we are not obligated.

Refund Policy

If your order is eligible, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is in its original unused condition. Maeve is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Refunds may take 2-7 days to reflect in your original payment account. Purchases cannot be refunded to a different payment method. Warranties are void when products are damaged due to improper use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitations of Liability

Product Information and Origin Disclosure

We reserve the right to withhold specific details regarding the origin of our products. While we ensure that all items meet applicable safety and quality standards, the country of origin is not disclosed for reasons related to intellectual property protection and business practices. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that we are not required to provide the country of origin of any product.

The Maeve mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Maeve. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. By consenting to Maeve’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Maeve through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Maeve.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword command STOP to Maeve or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
