All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. 

We do our very best to ship on same day or the following day after you have placed your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. From the time you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24/48 hours for your order status information to be available on the carrier's website.
