We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any gifts.
- Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchased items and make a new purchase.
- If you receive an item in faulty or damaged condition, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: info@maevelabel.com.
How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, print and fill out the Returns Form and include it in your return package with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns from non-EU countries, you must declare the package as “Returned Goods” (or “Return of Merchandise”) on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund, or the package being refused and returned to sender.
2. Refunds
Processing of Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs. For sale purchases, refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order.
- Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds
- We cannot provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., you provided the wrong shipping address).
- Your order did not arrive due to circumstances outside the control of Maeve Label (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
*Please note that Maeve is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply in your country. We are also not responsible for returned orders that incur customs charges upon arrival — the sender must declare the package as “Returned Goods” (or “Return of Merchandise”) on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in customs charges, which will be deducted from the refund, or the package being refused and returned to sender.
