We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any gifts.
  • Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your purchased items and make a new purchase.
  • If you receive an item in faulty or damaged condition, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: info@maevelabel.com.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, print and fill out the Returns Form and include it in your return package with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

Processing of Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, excluding any delivery costs. For sale purchases, refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order.
  • Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Circumstances Not Eligible for Refunds

  • We cannot provide a refund in the following circumstances:
    • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., you provided the wrong shipping address).
    • Your order did not arrive due to circumstances outside the control of Maeve Label (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
    • Your order was placed during a sale. In this case, you may change your order amount for other products.
