Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- items must be unused and unworn
- all original tags must remain attached
- items must be returned in original packaging
- any complimentary items included with the order must also be returned
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
United States Returns
Customers located in the United States benefit from domestic return handling.
To initiate a return, please complete our US Return Form and include it inside your return parcel.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
For customers in EU and International, please complete our International Return Form and include it inside your return parcel.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, parcels must be clearly declared as:

Refunds
Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale & Promotional Orders
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for refunds.
Approved returns for these orders will be issued as store credit only, redeemable on our website.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds cannot be issued where:
- delivery could not be completed due to incorrect customer-provided information
- returned items are used, damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging/tags
- the return shipment is lost due to customer-arranged shipping issues
- customs charges arise due to incorrect return declaration
