We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, we kindly ask that you place a new order and return the original item.


United States Returns

Customers located in the United States benefit from domestic return handling.

To initiate a return, please complete our US Return Form and include it inside your return parcel.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 


International Returns

For customers in EU and International, please complete our International Return Form and include it inside your return parcel.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For returns shipped from outside the European Union, parcels must be clearly declared as:

Returned Goods
or
Return of Merchandise

Failure to do so may result in customs charges, refusal of the parcel, or the shipment being returned to sender. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Sale & Promotional Orders

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for refunds.

Approved returns for these orders will be issued as store credit only, redeemable on our website.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued where:

Delivery delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation once an order has shipped.
